Construction on going project as Raja Builders agreed to complete balance work in 3 months and it was handover the Flat without any issues and I liked complete building work including finishing works . Sethuraja sir did complete support from starting for initial amount payment , for Loan arrangement ,and Flat registration , we suppose to occupy the house after registration but unfortunately we unable to come to india . in this situation he helped more to arrange tenant also , now still we are in out side india, completely he given support for our flat and over all building . If i got another chance to buy flat/ house , sure i will purchase from Raja Builders.
